搯心（他勞反說文搯[按-女+(口/口)]也[按-女+(口/口)]一活反中國言掐江南言挑音土彫反）。

Plucking out the heart (搯心: [搯 is] fanqie 他勞. The Shuowen jiezi says: "Tao [搯] means gouging [掐]." The character 掐 has the fanqie 一活. In the Central Plains people say qia [掐]; in Jiangnan they say tiao [挑], with the fanqie 土彫).
