Chilly and piercing (淒勁: [淒 is] fanqie 且奚; the lower character [勁 is] fanqie 居政. The Classic of Poetry says: "Chilly is the wind." The commentary says: "Qi [淒] means a cold wind; jing [勁] means sharp and fierce.")
