頑嚚（五鱞反下魚巾反廣疋頑鈍也蒼頡篇嚚惡也左傳心不則德義之經為頑口不道忠信之言曰嚚也）。

頑嚚 (*ngwaen-ngjin*, [fanqie for 頑:] 五鱞反, the next character is [fanqie] 魚巾反; the Guangya says: '頑 means dull.' The Cang Jie Pian says: '嚚 means evil.' The Zuozhuan states: 'One whose mind does not conform to the standards of virtue and righteousness is 頑; one whose mouth does not speak words of loyalty and trust is 嚚').
