烏盧頻螺迦葉波（此云木瓜林下修道因以名焉迦葉波是姓舊言優樓頻螺正法華經云上時迦葉兄弟三人居長者是也）。

烏盧頻螺迦葉波 (here translated as 'Papaya Grove' [Uruvilvā]; he cultivated the Path under it and was named accordingly. Kāśyapa is his clan name. Formerly rendered 優樓頻螺; in the Zheng fahua jing he is called the eldest of the three Kāśyapa brothers of the Upper Hour).
