銛利（上息閻反漢書音義云銛亦利也蒼頡篇云銛鑯也鑯子廉反考聲云銛刀劒刀也文字典說云銳利也從金舌聲也）。

Sharp (銛利: the first character [銛] is fanqie 息閻 [xiān]. The Hanshu yinyi says: "銛 also means sharp." The Cangjiepian says: "銛 means pointed (鑯)." 鑯 is fanqie 子廉 [jiān]. The Kaosheng says: "銛 means the edge of a sword or knife." The Wenzidian shuo says: "Keen and sharp." It is formed with the metal radical [金] and 舌 as phonetic).
