Loose yoke 流軶 (The second character has the fanqie 鸎革 [è]. The Kaogongji in the Zhouli says: 'The wheelwrights make the carriage yoke six feet in length.' Guo Pu says: 'The wood at the end of the shaft that rests upon the ox's neck.' The Wenzidian shuo states: 'The curved piece of wood upon the neck of an ox.' It is composed of "carriage" (車) with "e" (戹) phonetic. E has the same sound as above. In the treatise it is written as 軛, which is a popular variant.)
