胮脹（上璞邦反埤蒼云胮亦脹也文字典說從肉夅聲音戶冬反論文從逄作𮌨俗字也下張亮反杜注左傳云脹謂腹滿也文字典說從肉長聲）。

Swollen and bloated 胮脹 (The first character has the fanqie 璞邦 [pāng]. The Picang says: 'Pang also means bloated.' The Wenzidian shuo states: 'It is composed of "flesh" (肉) with "jiang" (夅) phonetic.' Jiang is pronounced hù-dōng. In the treatise it is written with "pang" (逄) as 𮌨, which is a popular variant. The second character has the fanqie 張亮 [zhàng]. Du Yu's commentary on the Zuozhuan says: 'Zhang means abdominal fullness.' The Wenzidian shuo states: 'It is composed of "flesh" (肉) with "chang" (長) phonetic.')
