嬈亂（上泥鳥反考聲云嬈相戲弄也說文從女堯聲又作嬲亦通也）。
Harassing and disturbing 嬈亂 (The first character has the fanqie 泥鳥 [rǎo]. The Kaosheng says: 'Rao means teasing each other.' The Shuowen states: 'It is composed of "woman" (女) with "yao" (堯) phonetic.' It is also written as 嬲, which is acceptable.)
