至胛（又作胛同古狹反說文有甲也甲膊也次下冝作甲）。

Reaching the shoulder blade (至胛: also written as 胛, both with the fanqie 古狹, *jiǎ*): The *Shuowen jiezi* says: 'Having shoulder blades; *jiǎ* means the shoulder blade.' Just below, it should properly be written as 甲.
