烹殺（普羹反烹煮也方言烹熟也嵩岳以南陳頴之間曰烹儀禮凡煮於鑊中曰烹也）。

Boiled to death (烹殺: [烹 is fanqie] 普羹 [pǔgēng]. Pēng means to boil. The Fangyan says: 'Pēng means to cook through. South of Mount Song, between the Chen and Ying rivers, it is called pēng.' The Yili says: 'Whenever boiling in a cauldron, it is called pēng.')
