箭筈（古活反釋名云箭進也其本曰足其體曰幹其末曰筈會也與弦相會也筈旁曰叉形似叉也）。

"Arrow-nock (箭筈)" (gu and huo in fanqie [kuò]; the Shiming says: "Arrows advance; their base is called the foot, their body is called the shaft, and their tip is called the nock [kuò]. Kuò means meeting, where it meets with the bowstring. Beside the nock are the notches, shaped like a fork").
