瘑痳（張揖雜字作瘑瘑字書作㽿同古和反蒼頡篇㽿禿也韻集曰瘡病也春發者謂之燕㽿秋發者謂之雁[病-丙+(瓜-、)]）。

瘑痳: scabby numbness (in Zhang Yi's Zazi written as 瘑; character dictionaries write it as 㽿, the same; gu-he [k- + -uɑ] fanqie. The Cang Jie Pian says: '㽿 means baldness.' The Yunji says: 'A disease with sores. Those erupting in spring are called swallow-㽿; those erupting in autumn are called wild-goose-[病-丙+(瓜-、)]').
