澡盥（公緩反說文澡手也凡酒物皆曰盥也不但言手）。

Washing the hands (澡盥: gong plus huan fanqie [guàn]. The Shuowen says: "Guan means to wash the hands." In general, whenever water is sprinkled on things, it is called guan; it does not refer only to hands).
