不恤（又作䘏同須律反爾疋恤憂也亦收也謂與人財物賑恤之為憂也）。

不恤 (Does not care for [or relieve]; also written as 䘏; pronounced the same; [fanqie:] xu + lü. The Erya says: "Xù means to care for/worry; it also means to take in." This refers to giving people wealth and goods to relieve and care for them, treating it as a concern).
