樓櫓 (towers and watchtowers: the first character is pronounced 魯 + 侯 fanqie; the Erya says, "A four-sided high structure is a platform; one that is narrow, tall, and curving is a tower"; the Shuowen jiezi says, "A multi-storied house"; the second character is pronounced 盧 + 古 fanqie; the Wenzi jilüe says, "A 櫓 is a large shield"; the Boya says, "It is also a watchtower upon a city wall").
