爨之（籀文[〦/(木*缶*木)/火]同七翫反三蒼爨灼也字從臼持缶缶甑也同為竈口[歹*又]以推柴內火字意也[歹*又]音拱也）。

Cooking it (爨之: the seal script form is [〦/(木*缶*木)/火], the same; pronounced [qi + wan >] *cuàn*. The Sancang states: "爨 means to burn." The character contains 臼 holding a 缶; 缶 is an earthenware steamer. Together they form a hearth mouth, with [歹*又] pushing firewood into the fire—this is the conception of the character. [歹*又] is pronounced *gǒng*).
