Wéi huò 為[腔-工+隹] (making meat soup) (Huò is pronounced with the fanqie 呼 + 各. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Meat soup.' A soup containing vegetables is called gēng 羹; without vegetables it is called huò 𥉑).
