躡蹈（尼輒反說文云躍亦蹈也從足聶聲經作躡俗字也聶音同上桃到反說文云蹈踐也從足舀聲下同也）。

Treading and stepping (躡蹈) (fanqie: 尼輒 [niè]; the Shuowen says: "躡 also means to step; it is analyzed from foot [足] with nie [聶] as the phonetic." The sūtra writes 躡, which is a popular form; 聶 has the same pronunciation as above. 蹈 has the fanqie 桃到 [dào]; the Shuowen says: "蹈 means to trample; it is analyzed from foot [足] with yao [舀] as the phonetic"; the same below.)
