券別（區万反說文云券契也券別之書以刀削其旁故曰契也釋名云大書於上中破別之也）。

Quanbie 券別 (pronounced 區万 [quàn]). The Shuowen jiezi says: '券 (contract) means a tallied pact (qi 契).' In documents of tallying and separating (quanbie), the sides are shaved with a knife, hence called qi (tallied pact). The Shiming says: 'It is written large at the top and split down the middle to separate them.'
