將暨（聲類古文臬同其器反左傳猶懼不暨注云暨至也尒疋暨不及也暨與也）。

Jiangji 將暨. The Shenglei notes that the ancient character is 臬, pronounced identically as 其器 [jì]. The Zuo Commentary says: 'Still fearing it will not reach (ji 暨).' The commentary says: '暨 means to reach (zhi 至).' The Erya says: '暨 means not reaching (buji 不及); 暨 also means together with (yu 與).'
