胏肭（下奴骨反字書膃肭也古今正字義同從肉內聲經從芮作[月*苪]誤也）。

Rotten and swollen (胏肭: the second character with fanqie *nu-gu* [nà]. The Zishu says: “Swollen and sagging.” Gujin zhengzi has the same meaning; composed of flesh (*ròu*) with *nèi* (內) as phonetic. In the scripture it is written with *ruì* (芮) as [月*苪], which is erroneous).
