髓䯜（上雖柴反說文云骨中脂也從骨從隨省聲也下天亦反韻詮云䯜者骨間黃汁也言人臨𣦸之時髓變為䯜黃汁流出亦形聲字也）。

Marrow and marrow-fluid [髓䯜] (the first character is pronounced *sui* + *chai* [suǐ]. The *Shuowen* states: 'The fat inside the bones; it takes "bone" [骨] as semantic classifier and has an abbreviated *sui* [隨] as phonetic component.' The second character is pronounced *tian* + *yi* [tì]. The *Yunquan* states: 'Ti is the yellow fluid between the bones.' This means that when a person is on the verge of death, the marrow turns into ti, and yellow fluid flows out. It is also a phono-semantic character).
