著喉（上音長略反說文從草從者經文從兩點下作著是草書俗字也下文準此知喉音猴咽喉也）。

著喉 ("attached to the throat": the first character is fanqie 長略 [zhuó]. The Shuowen jiezi has it with the grass radical above and 者. The sūtra text writing it with two dots below as 著 is a cursive and vulgar character. The following text conforms to this. 喉 is pronounced 猴 [hóu], meaning the pharynx and throat).
