髑髏（上同祿反下勒侯反埤蒼云頭骨也說文頂骨也並從骨形聲字經文從頁作䫳䫫俗用字亦通非正體也）。

髑髏 ("skull": the first character is fanqie 同祿 [dú]; the second is fanqie 勒侯 [lóu]. The Picang says: 'The bone of the head.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The crown bone.' Both are phono-semantic characters with the bone radical. The sūtra text writing them with the head radical 頁 as 䫳䫫 is vulgar usage and also acceptable, though not the standard form).
