鬱皃（於勿反爾雅鬱氣也亦哀思也下古文皃貌二形今作貌同莫効反容皃也亦見也又作賵謂眩賵也音莫報反經文作冒覆之[曰/月]假借也）。

鬱皃 ("depressed appearance": [鬱 is] fanqie 於勿 [yù]. The Erya says: '鬱 means pent-up vapor; it also means sorrowful thoughts.' The second character has the two ancient forms 皃 and 貌, now written as 貌, fanqie 莫効 [mào], meaning facial appearance; it also means seeing. It is also written as 賵, meaning dazzled, fanqie 莫報 [mào]. The sūtra text writes it as 冒, covering [one's eyes], which is a phonetic loan).
