經緯（下為貴反大戴禮東西為緯也國語云經之以天緯之以地說文橫成絲也從糸韋聲也）。

Warp and weft (經緯; the second character is fanqie 為 + 貴. The Da Dai Liji says: 'East-west is the weft (緯).' The Guoyu says: 'Make heaven its warp, and make earth its weft.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Threads crossing horizontally. It takes 糸 as semantic classifier and 韋 as phonetic').
