Yimi [飴蜜] (also written as 𩞫 or 䬮, both forms identical, pronounced yi + zhi [yi]; the *Shuowen jiezi* states: 'Fermented rice malt'; the *Fangyan* states: '*Yi* is called *xing* [maltose]'; *xing* is pronounced si + ying [xing]).
