祈道（上巨依反毛詩傳云祈求也說文從示斤聲譜作蘄義同也）。

Praying for the Way (祈道): The upper character is [read with the fanqie] 巨依. The Mao commentary on the Shijing says: '祈 means to seek.' The Shuowen jiezi says it takes 示 as radical and 斤 as phonetic. In the register it is written as 蘄, which has the same meaning.
