憒𠆴（上𭹹外反蒼頡篇云憒乱也說文從心貴聲亦迴外反下正閙字音鐃教反已釋訖譜作闠俗字）。

憒鬧 [disordered and clamorous] (The first character has the fanqie 𭹹外 [kuì]. The Cang Jie pian says: '憒 means chaotic.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Derived from 心 with 貴 as phonetic.' It also has the fanqie 迴外 [huì]. The second character is the standard form of 鬧, pronounced with the fanqie 鐃教 [nào], already explained. The Pu writes it as 闠, which is a popular character).
