㝢寰（上愚句反杜注左傳云寓寄也下患關反文字典說云國之境內也又圻內也從宀睘聲）。

㝢寰 (The first character has the fanqie yu + ju. Du's commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: '寓 means to lodge temporarily.' The second character has the fanqie huan + guan.
