悲嘶（先奚反方言云嘶噎也郭注云咽痛也蒼頡篇散也說文從言作𧬊云悲聲也從言斯聲）。

悲嘶 [mournful whinny / hoarse sobbing] (Pronounced with the fanqie 先奚 [sī]. The Fangyan says: '嘶 means choking.' Guo Pu's commentary says: 'Throat pain.' The Cang Jie pian says: 'Scattered.' The Shuowen jiezi gives the form under 言 as 𧬊, stating: 'A sorrowful sound; derived from 言 with 斯 as phonetic').
