汎漾（上芳梵反俗字正體作氾水上浮不指定也說文氾濫也從水從已聲也下羊匠反舟在波上也說文從水羕聲羕音同上）。

Drifting and bobbing (汎漾) (the upper character is [pronounced] 芳 + 梵 [fāng-fàn > fàn]; a vulgar character, its standard form being 氾, meaning to float on water without a fixed position; the Shuowen jiezi says: "氾濫, overflowing"; it takes the "water" radical [水] and has 巳 for phonetic; the lower character is [pronounced] 羊 + 匠 [yáng-jiàng > yàng]; it means a boat riding upon the waves; the Shuowen jiezi says it takes the "water" radical [水] and has 羕 for phonetic; 羕 has the same pronunciation as above).
