不眴（下玄絹反王逸注楚辭云眴視皃也顧野王云今人動目蜜相誡語也說文目搖也從目䀏聲䀏音同上）。

Bùxuàn (不眴, without blinking; the lower [character] has the fanqie [xuán + juàn]; Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci states: "Xuàn (眴) is the appearance of looking." Gu Yewang states: "In modern usage, people moving their eyes to secretly caution one another." The Shuowen states: "The eyes swaying/flickering"; it takes '目' (eye) with '䀏' as phonetic; '䀏' has the same sound as above).
