磔著（上張革反準經意即合是罰磔字也遷於四衢道中令眾人指琢辱之古云罰磔罪也）。

Dismembered (磔著; the first character has the fanqie 張革 [zh- + -(é)], which according to the sūtra's meaning must be the character for punitive dismemberment [罰磔]; it means exposing someone at the crossroads of the four thoroughfares so that everyone may point at, peck at, and humiliate them; in antiquity it was called the punishment of dismemberment [罰磔]).
