刳剔（上音枯方言云刳即𠜓也考聲屠割也剖去中物也說文判也從刀夸聲下聽亦反韻英云解骨也考聲剝也尚書作𠜓古字也二字並從刀形聲字也）。

Kūtì (刳剔, cut open and butcher; the upper [character] is pronounced kū; the Fangyan states: "Kū (刳) is just 𠜓 (disembowel/slaughter)." The Kaosheng states: "To slaughter and cut; to slice open and remove the contents inside." The Shuowen states: "To cleave"; it takes '刀' (knife) with '夸' as phonetic. The lower [character] has the fanqie [tīng + yì]; the Yunying states: "To separate bone [from meat]." The Kaosheng states: "To skin/strip." The Shangshu writes '𠜓', which is an ancient character. Both characters take '刀' and are phono-semantic characters).
