Trading finely (𧶝緻; the first character has the fanqie 矛候 [m- + -óu]; the Shuowen jiezi says: "𧶝 means exchange of commodities; to sell; it takes 'cowry' (貝) with [堊-王] as phonetic, which is the ancient character for 夘"; the second character has the fanqie 持利 [zh- + -ì]; Zheng [Xuan]'s commentary to the Liji says: "緻 means close and fine"; the Shuowen jiezi says: "It takes 'silk' (糸) with 致 as phonetic; a phonetic-semantic compound").
