惡憋（下篇滅反方言憋惡也郭璞曰憋怤急性者也古今正字從心敝聲敝音必袂反）。

Vicious and irritable (惡憋: the second character has the fanqie 篇滅 [piān + miè -> piē]; the *Fangyan* says: "*Bie* (憋) means bad." Guo Pu says: "*Bie-fu* (憋怤) means someone quick-tempered." The *Gujin zhengzi* has it with the 'mind' radical and *bi* (敝) phonetic; *bi* has the fanqie 必袂 [bì + mèi -> bì]).
