居廝（下音斯廣雅云廝使也何注公羊傳云刈草為防者曰廝顧野王云賤伇人也折薪者養馬者古今正字從广斯聲广音魚撿反）。

Dwelling as a menial (居廝: the second character is pronounced 斯 [sī]; the *Guangya* says: "*Si* (廝) means a servant." He's commentary on the *Gongyang zhuan* says: "Those who cut grass to make fortifications are called *si*." Gu Yewang says: "A menial laborer, firewood-cutter, or horse-groom." The *Gujin zhengzi* has it with the 'shelter' radical (*yan* 广) and *si* (斯) phonetic; *yan* (广) has the fanqie 魚撿 [yú + jiǎn -> yǎn]).
