掃篲 (lower character: *sui* + *rui* fanqie; the *Kaosheng* says: '篲 means to sweep.' The *Shuowen* also writes it with the character 彗; a broom made of bamboo; derived from 艸 with 彗 as phonetic. The pronunciation of 彗 is the same as above).
