矇盲（上音蒙毛詩傳曰矇者有眸子無見曰矇也有如童蒙從目蒙聲也）。

矇盲 (The first character is pronounced 蒙. The Mao Commentary to the Odes states: “A person who has pupils yet cannot see is called 矇.” It also has the sense of ignorant (童蒙). Analyzed from 目 [eye] with 蒙 as phonetic.)
