聳搏（上粟勇反郭注爾雅云聳驚悚也古今正字云初生而聾曰聳說文從耳從聲下音博考聲搏擊也撮也聲類甫也說文從手專聲專從甫）。

聳搏 (The first character has the fanqie 粟勇. Guo's commentary to the Erya states: “聳 means startled and frightened.” The Gujin zhengzi states: “Being deaf from birth is called 聳.” The Shuowen states: “Analyzed from 耳 [ear] and 從 [follow].” The second character is pronounced 博. The Kaosheng states: “搏 means to strike; to seize.” The Shenglei states: “尃.” The Shuowen states: “Analyzed from 手 [hand] with 專 as phonetic; 專 follows 尃.”)
