燈炷, lamp wick (the first [character has the] sound of 登; the Wenzidian shuo states: "A lamp light"; it has the fire radical; the second [character is pronounced with the fanqie] 朱 + 樹; the Jixun writes it as 主; the zhǔ (主) is the master of the lamp heart [wick]).
