瑰瑋（上古回反毛詩傳曰瑰石之美者次於玉也埤蒼瑰瑋珍琦也說文玫瑰也從玉形聲字也或從壞經文作璝誤用非也考聲瑰瑋身材奇絕長大也古今正字從玉）。

瑰瑋, marvelous and exquisite (the first [character is pronounced with the fanqie] 古 + 回; the Mao Commentary to the Odes states: "Gui (瑰) is a fine stone secondary to jade"; the Picang says: "Guiwei (瑰瑋) means precious and rare"; the Shuowen says: "A fine red jade (玫瑰)"; it has the jade radical and is a phono-semantic character; it is also written with the huai (壞) phonetic; the sūtra writes it as 璝, which is an erroneous usage; the Kaosheng states: "Guiwei (瑰瑋) describes a figure that is extraordinarily tall and large"; the Gujin zhengzi writes it with the jade radical).
