忪忪 (With the fanqie 燭容 [chōng]. It is a popular variant character; the standard form is written with 童 and 心 as 憧. The Kaosheng says: "The heart being agitated; 憧 describes fearful palpitation and unease." The Shuowen jiezi says: "The mind being unsettled; composed of 心 with 童 phonetic").
