善軶（於革反桂苑珠叢車轅端橫木也說文車軶也從車戹聲也戹音厄字書戹字從戶從乙經作軶俗字也不捨善軶菩薩名也善軶者喻於大悲也）。

善軶 (the fanqie 於 + 革 [è]; the Guiyuan zhucong: "The crossbar at the end of a carriage shaft." The Shuowen: "A carriage yoke; it takes its semantic classifier from 車 [carriage] and 戹 provides the sound." 戹 is pronounced like 厄 [è]; dictionaries note that 戹 is composed of 戶 and 乙. The sūtra uses the popular character 軶. "Not Abandoning the Good Yoke" is the name of a bodhisattva; the "good yoke" is a metaphor for great compassion).
