訛銳（上吾禾反亦作譌孔注尚書云訛化也下營慧反杜注左傳云銳細小也廣雅銳利也經言訛銳者車涉遠路輞訛軸銳也）。

訛銳 (éruì; the upper character has the fanqie 吾禾 [é]; it is also written as 譌; Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says that é means to transform or deform; the lower character has the fanqie 營慧 [ruì]; Du's commentary on the Zuozhuan says that ruì means slender and small; the Guangya says that ruì means sharp; when the sūtra speaks of éruì, it refers to a carriage traveling a long journey, where the rims deform and the axles wear down).
