秔米（耿坑反集訓秈音仙稻也稻音盜聲類不[(黍-(企-止))*古]也說文稻屬亦作稉從禾亢音岡聲也經作粳俗字也）。

秔米 [Non-glutinous rice] (Geng + keng fan. The Jixun says: '秈, pronounced xian, means paddy rice.' Paddy rice is pronounced dao. The Shenglei says: 'Non-glutinous.' The Shuowen says: 'A variety of paddy rice.' It is also written as 稉, from 禾 [grain] with 亢, pronounced gang, as phonetic. In the sūtras it is written as 粳, which is a vulgar character).
