都鄴（嚴劫反漢書云魏郡有鄴縣史記云西門豹為鄴令案鄴都者即魏武帝所都也說文從邑業聲也）。

都鄴 ("Capital at Ye"): The second character is pronounced with the fanqie 嚴 + 劫 (yè). The Book of Han states: 'In Wei Commandery there is Ye County.'
