𠁊塏（上霜兩反下開改反說文𠁊明也塏地高燥也𠁊塏者言階既高大又在崗上高明顯望名為𠁊塏也）。

𠁊塏 (The first is pronounced with the fanqie 霜 + 兩; the second with 開 + 改. The Shuowen states: "𠁊 means bright; 塏 means high and dry land." 𠁊塏 means that the terrace is both tall and large, and situated upon a ridge, elevated, clear, and visible from afar; hence it is called 𠁊塏).
