峻峭（上詢俊反孔注尚書峻猶高也說文從𨸏作陖下鍫笑反韻英云峭亦峻也或作陗峻高聳也並形聲字二體通用）。

峻峭 (The first character has the fanqie 詢俊. Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: “峻 [jùn] means high.” The Shuowen gives it with 𨸏 as 陖. The second character has the fanqie 鍫笑. The Yunying says: “峭 [qiào] also means high and steep.” It is also written as 陗. 峻峭 means towering high. Both are phono-semantic characters, and both forms are used interchangeably).
